is often referred to as “appraisal inflation” and it could be the dirty
little secret of the housing industry.
The practice — when real estate appraisers bend the numbers to satisfy clients and stay in business — is a growing problem, according to real estate experts.

& Licorice Petting Zoo of
Dickinson TX, Someone let him out and he found his way to Kemah,
TX where he was no match for Kemah PD. Shown below peeking out

area.

was determined not to be a
caught Capybara after
being on the lam for almost 2 weeks. A chase over to Anders Lane
and back and a trick or two soon had him back in his cage
and safe with his owner Joe Moorman . He weighed in at about 100
lbs. |

MD Anderson Cancer Center on the left and Houston City
Council Member Dr. Shelley Sekula-Gibbs on the right were here to
support Kemah Council members struggle to draw up a smoking ordinance.
Both Doctors stressed the unacceptable
risk to the public health smoking posed. No action could be taken
on the first reading. The ordinance if approved will resemble Houston's
and could possibly be passed as soon as next council meeting. A
proposal submitted by councilman Wayne Rast that would have gone a step
further and eliminated smoking in restaurant bars too was
rejected at this time. Tim Anderson GM, Kemah Boardwalk and Berry
Terrell, Owner T-Bone Tom's Restaurant and Backyard questioned the
council about the final implementation and how it would work. Mr.
Anderson also said most of these measures were already in place at the
Kemah Boardwalk.
