| SUPREME COURT RULES AGAINST TEN
COMMANDMENTS IN COURTHOUSES FOX News The justices, split 5-4, ruled that the Ten Commandments could not be displayed in government buildings or property. However, the Biblical tablets could be displayed in an historical context, as they are in a frieze in the Supreme Court building. Souter was joined in his opinion by other members of the liberal bloc Justices John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen G. Breyer, as well as Reagan appointee Sandra Day O'Connor, who provided the swing vote. |

Supreme Court Fails to
Protect Property Rights!
The Jarbo Bayou Times finds the Supreme Court ruling in Kelo v. New London, 04-108, rendered June 23, 2005, may infact be in criminal violation of the Justice's oaths to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. This Supreme Court property rights ruling has horrific consequences. Those people we have heard from are of a wide and
varied political and ideological spectra, all seem to be
united and of one belief, that our right to own
property is inalienable. Justice, John Paul Stevens, Anthony Kennedy, David H.
Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg Stephen G. Breyer all voted for this
obvious land grab. Think
it
can't happen here?
It already did, who remembers when
and where? Contact
