4th President in history to visit Galveston, TX
		GALVESTON, Texas — President Bush  took his Social Security restructuring campaign to the Island city of Galveston. Bush was joined  by five participants in the Galveston plan, including the Galveston county judge, Jim Yarbrough, and a county retiree, Kathryn Novelli, who said she had benefited financially from the Galveston retirement plan.
